Schindler Elevator Corp., a Morristown-based mobility provider of elevators, escalators and related services, announced Friday it has been awarded a five-year service contract to provide its maintenance services at the Spectrum Center Arena in Charlotte, North Carolina.
The contract was awarded by The Charlotte Regional Visitors Authority.
Schindler said it will provide full maintenance on seven elevators, five escalators and two wheelchair lifts at the center, an indoor arena and home to the NBA’s Charlotte Hornets.
“Schindler has a long-standing relationship with the Charlotte Regional Visitor Authority and we are thrilled to continue our partnership with them,” Greg Ergenbright, president U.S. operation, Schindler, said.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
