Drinker Biddle names Fitzsimmons its new corporate/securities partner

Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP announced recently that James F. Fitzsimmons has joined the law firm’s Florham Park office as partner in the Corporate and Securities Group.

Fitzsimmons, who advises private equity firms, previously served as a shareholder in the Corporate and Business Law Department at Budd Larner P.C.

Prior to entering private practice, Fitzsimmons was a law clerk to the Honorable Richard Newman in the Superior Court of New jersey, Appellate Division.
