Majestic Flooring & Home Design Inc. leased the 5,750-square-foot retail space, located at The Shoppes at Limerick Village at 196 West Ridge Pike, from Friends & Family Venture, WCRE said.
Majestic Flooring & Home Design is a family-owned business that offers customized, personal and quality design options.
Other tenants at the property include Golf USA, Anytime Fitness and Jungle Wonder Family Fun Center.
Tony Banks, vice president at WCRE, represented the landlord in the deal. Financial terms were not disclosed.
