Dimension Development, a developer and manager of hotels based in Natchitoches, Louisana, announced Tuesday it has been named the management company of the Hanover Marriott in Whippany.
Dimension’s portfolio, it said, now includes more than 65 hotels.
“Our growth is very strategic. Our ability to pick unique properties and drive returns for our owners while providing the best customer satisfaction for our guests sets us apart from other management companies,” Ryan Frederick, vice president of operations for Dimension, said.
The Hanover Marriott has 353 guestrooms, eight suites, a complimentary shuttle, 24-hour fitness center, indoor swimming pool, 20,000 square feet of indoor meeting space, a restaurant and more.
The hotel will be led by Dan Farley, general manager, and MaryAnn Healey, director of sales, Dimension said. Sharon Raue, regional director of sales and marketing for the Eastern region, will assist in the hotel’s transition.
“With over 18,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, the Hanover Marriott is a fantastic upscale addition to our growing full-service portfolio. We are excited to add it to our incredible group of hotels in the Eastern region,” Raue said.
