Lawrenceville-based Billtrust, a payment management software and solutions provider, announced Tuesday it has acquired Second Phase, a Bolder, Colorado-based provider of B2B e-commerce solutions.
The acquistion, Billtrust said, will allow it to streamline and digitize its order-to-cash solutions.

Financial and other terms were not disclosed.
