American Properties Realty Inc. announced Thursday a new luxury townhome community will be coming to Highland Park by the end of the summer.
Heritage at Highland Park will feature 110 luxury units with up to 1,975 square feet of living space, located on the corner of Janeway and Cleveland avenues.
“We’re excited to offer homebuyers a community of luxury townhomes designed to suit their lifestyles,” Paul Csik, senior vice president of American Properties Realty, said. “These homes are part of an intimate community tucked between New Brunswick and Edison that is diverse in both culture and opportunity.”
The homes will have three unique designs with up to four bedrooms and three baths, plus a one-car garage. Other amenities include open layouts, designer finishes, nine-foot ceilings and more. Pricing will start around $400,000.
The property is with close access to the New Brunswick train station, routes 1 and 18, and Interstate 95.
“Heritage at Highland Park is nestled in a 1.8-square mile borough that is centrally located near everything Middlesex County has to offer,” Csik said.
