Holliday Fenoglio Fowler L.P. announced Thursday it has closed on the sale of a .626-acre site in the Journal Square neighborhood of Jersey City.
The site, located at 175 Sip Ave., is within walking distance to restaurants, retail and the Journal Square Path Station, HFF said.
Jose Cruz, managing director, and Marc Duval, director, headed the sale on behalf of HFF.
“There is strong demand for redevelopment sites in Jersey City and this location is well suited given it immediate access to a major roadway,” Cruz said.
Financial and other terms of the deal were not disclosed.
