Lago Restaurant, which has been a North Brunswick staple since it opened in 2013, has recently sold, according to real estate firm Bielat Santore & Co.
The restaurant, which is located at 230 Washington Ave., was sold to the owners and operators of B2 Bistro + Bar, Bielat Santore, broker of the deal, said.
Once the deal has been completed, Bielat Santore said the new owners will transform Lago into a B2 Bistro + Bar. This will be B2 Bistro + Bar’s fourth location, with the first three located in Red Bank, Point Pleasant and Reading, Pennslyvania, Bielat Santore said.
The new owners, Bielat Santore said, will continue to operate Lago in its entirety while they make renovations to convert it into a B2 Bistro + Bar.
Financial and other terms were not disclosed.
