Wolf Commercial Real Estate, a commercial real estate firm based in Marlton, announced it has represented James Mayberry in the purchase of a freestanding property in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Mayberry, WCRE said, purchased the asset from VERIET Real Estate L.P.
The property, located at 2701 Ash St., is situated on .08 acres and is within close access to Interstate 95 and Route 90.
Mitch Russell, sales associate at WCRE represented Mayberry in the deal.
Financial and other terms were not disclosed.
