World Insurance Associates LLC, an insurance agency based in Tinton Falls, announced Tuesday it has acquired Lampe-Batkin Associates of Greenwich, Connecticut.
This is World Insurance Associates’ 40th acquisition, it said.
Lampe-Batkin Associates is an insurance agency serving Connecticut and New York.
“Lampe Batkin adds a prominent location for us,” Rich Eknoian, CEO and co-founder of World Insurance Associates, said. “Additionally, this high net worth personal lines book of business increases the critical mass for our distinguished book of business.”
Financial terms were not disclosed.
“It’s exciting to be part of a larger organization that allows us to offer more to our customers, including access to carriers and products we didn’t have before,” Steve Batkin, head of Lampe-Batkin Associates, said.
