Rose Commercial Real Estate announced Tuesday it has represented Bross & Frankel P.A. in the purchase of an office building in Cherry Hill.
The 10,648-square-foot building, located at 725 Kenilworth Ave., sold for $650,000, Rose CRE said.
Bross & Frankel is a law firm that specializes in disability benefits and social security cases.
Adam Rose, president at Rose CRE, served as broker on the deal.
