The partnership will make Diversified the exclusive U.S.-based reseller for the KUDO Language Ready Room product, it said.

Diversified said it currently provides global communications to more than 35 offices, and KUDO Language Ready Room will complement its existing video-enabled spaces.

Financial and other terms were not disclosed.
