Vantage RES, a commercial real estate firm based in Marlton, announced Thursday that Southern New Jersey Oral Surgery has signed a long-term lease in Vineland.
SNJOS, a provider of oral and maxillofacial surgery, is relocating to 228 W. Landis Ave.
Emily Stein, director of health care services at Vantage RES, and Monica Walsh, executive vice president, secured the lease on behalf of Dr. Shariq Vazir, owner of SNJOS, from Vineland Construction Co.

The property is within close access to Route 55.
