The real estate services firm mem property management was chosen to run a Mays Landing townhome community, it announced Wednesday.
The firm said in a news release that it will handle property management for The Village at Hardings Run and its homeowners association. The community has 320 units as well as a variety of amenities, including a clubhouse and playground.
“We are very excited to have been chosen as the new property management company for The Village at Hardings Run Homeowners Association and look forward to working with a highly engaged and committed HOA board to support this wonderful community,” Martin Laderman, mem’s founder and CEO, said in a prepared statement.
