Diversified, a Kenilworth-based technology solutions provider, has entered the Australian market with its purchase of Rutledge AV.
Diversified, which already has a presence in the Europe-Middle East-Africa and Asia-Pacific regions, as well as the Americas, said in a news release that the acquisition of the audio-visual integration specialist expands its global reach.
“I’m very excited for this endeavor, expanding our capabilities into the Australian market and being a true global technology partner for our clients,” Fred D’Alessandro, Diversified’s founder and CEO, said in a prepared statement. “The Rutledge team and everything they’ve built is a testament to their strengths as an organization, and the synergy of our cultures, always a key deciding factor, promises continued growth and opportunity.”
Rutledge AV, founded in 1979, has offices in seven Australian states and territories and more than 350 employees. It will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Diversified, with CEO Andrew Morrice continuing to lead the business.
