NAI James E. Hanson, a commercial real estate firm based in Teterboro, announced it has negotiated a lease for the Center for Anxiety and Behavior Management LLC in Chester.
Joe Vindigni, Randy Horning and Darren Lizzack of NAI Hanson represented the tenant and the landlord, MGHC Group LLC, in the 600-square-foot deal located at 1 Mill Ridge Lane.
Located in downtown Chester, 1 Mill Lane is a two-story, 16,000-square-foot recently renovated office building located within close access to routes 24, 46, 202 and 206 as well as interstates 78, 80 and 287.
The Center for Anxiety and Behavior Management will offer evidence-based mental health counseling services to clients throughout Morris and Somerset counties.
