Colliers announces $2M sale of medical office portfolio in Burlington County

Colliers International announced the sale of a medical office building in Burlington County. - Colliers International

Colliers International announced Thursday the $2 million sale of a medical office portfolio in Burlington County.

The portfolio was comprised of three fully-leased medical office buildings totaling 19,134 square feet occupied by Jefferson Health, Deborah Health and Lung, and LabCorp.

Evan Zweben and Ian Richman of the firm’s Mount Laurel office represented the seller, Tecoppa Real Estate LLC, in the sale. The property was sold to a private investor, Colliers said.
