Sanzari inks lease expansion with national law firm

Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, a commercial and residential real estate firm, announced Thursday it has inked a lease expansion with a national law firm in Hackensack.

Sanzari said Kaufman Dolowich Voluck leased 14,745 square feet at the Court Plaza North located at 25 Main St.

The lease expansion marks the second time KDV has expanded at the three-building, 335,000-square-foot office complex over the past 10 years.

“Throughout our history, building long-standing relationships with our tenants has been crucial to our continued success,” Stephen Jennings, vice president of leasing and marketing, Sanzari, said. “As our tenants grow and evolve, we consider ourselves partners in their expansion through providing spaces like Court Plaza that are ideally suited to their business’ short-term and long-term needs.”

KDV, Sanzari said, has grown from a four-person labor and employment law boutique firm into a national law firm with more than 145 attorneys.

“Court Plaza has been a valued resource in our law firm’s rapid growth over a short period of time.  The Sanzari team has consistently been responsive to our needs and has been able to accommodate space in the complex that meets our changing needs. We look forward to continuing to grow at Court Plaza and working with the Sanzari team for years to come,” Gino Zonghetti, managing partner at the New Jersey office of KDV, said.

The Court Plaza is within close access to Interstate 80; routes 17, 4 and 46; the New Jersey Turnpike; and the Garden State Parkway. It features amenities including covered parking, on-site property management and ownership, a cafeteria, fitness facility, on-site bank, on-site shoe shine/repair, dry cleaning, car detailing service, and more.
