iCIMS, known for recruiting software, plans own hiring blitz

Thriving in Holmdel, the recruitment software provider iCIMS said Thursday it plans to do some recruiting of its own during the remainder of the year, hoping to build on six straight years of double-digit revenue growth.

The company said in a news release that it plans to fill “many more positions across every facet of the business” by year-end, with an emphasis on the sales and technology departments.

“We’re a career destination for people looking to be a part of a fast-growing, innovative tech leader located in central New Jersey that supports global companies with their sophisticated talent needs,” Irene DeNigris, vice president of talent, said in a prepared statement. “As iCIMS grows and evolves, our commitment to a thriving, collaborative and high-performing culture that inspires and rewards people is constant.”

The company, founded in 2000, serves 4,000 customers hiring 4 million people each year.
