Marlton-based commercial real estate services firm Vantage Real Estate Services announced Friday the sale of a plaza in West Deptford.
The Gateway Plaza, located at 1000 Gateway Blvd., consist of multiple tenants and totals 20,496 square feet of retail space.
Aran Ploshansky, sales associate at Vantage RES, worked on behalf of the buyer, A&A Gateway LLC, and seller, 1000 Gateway Plaza LLC.
The center includes a Family Dollar, Iacofano Catering, Rhythm & Dance Studio and one vacant and available unit. It is located within close access to Interstate 295.
