ACG honors five at annual awards event

The Association for Corporate Growth’s New Jersey chapter celebrated its 2019 honorees at the fifth annual Corporate Growth Conference and Awards recently, it announced.

The event, held at the Palace at Somerset Park in Somerset, featured Hackensack Meridian Health CEO Robert Garrett receiving the Corporate Lifetime Achievement Award, and four middle-market companies being honored with the annual awards.

They were:

“Annually, the awards program draws nominations from some of New Jersey’s most notable companies, from those with long records of achievement to firms rapidly rising in the marketplace,” Sally Glick, president of ACG NJ and a principal at SobelCo., said in a prepared statement.

More than 200 people were in attendance, including business owners, service providers and more, the Livingston-based organization said.

“The Selection Committee had a very difficult decision to make this year, with all the exceptional, high-quality firms that participated in the nominations process,” M.J. Jolda, chair of the event and principal of CMO+Co, said in a statement. “We are looking forward to another challenging time when we select our 2020 honorees.”

Next year’s event will be held May 7, 2020, ACG NJ said.
