Oncology biotechnology company Immunomedics announced Tuesday renovations are officially complete at its new headquarters space in Morris Plains.
Hollister Construction was retained by Immunomedics to fully renovate the 30,000-square-foot property at 410 The American Road, it said.
“This standard office space was transformed into a bright and modern corporate space through great design and implementation. The whole project team including the designers, client’s in-house project staff, subcontractors and our project managers all meshed well and created a great new home for Immunomedics,” Kieran Flanagan, project principal at Hollister Construction, said.
Immunomedics will occupy 50% of the first floor and two-thirds of the mezzanine level, resulting in in the largest occupancy footprint at the property.
Upgrades to the property include a reception area with waiting lobby, multiple meeting rooms, open collaborative work areas, wellness rooms, conference rooms, dedicated phone rooms, and training and huddle rooms. In addition, a full pantry equipped with stainless steel appliances and new infrastructure to support an audio-visual system were installed.
The inside spaces were designed by New York, New York-based TPG Architecture in collaboration with Immunomedics’ owner’s rep, Komal Kehar.
Enhancements include open ceilings on the main areas of both floors; acoustical ceilings in all conference, meeting and phone rooms; open ceiling concepts in the pantries; and glass open fronts in all conference, meeting, huddle and training rooms.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
