Vantage Real Estate Services announced Monday it has been named the exclusive listing broker for Smithville Square, a shopping center in Galloway Township.
The square is a 107,719-square-foot premier shopping, dining and entertainment destination, Vantage RES said.
The newly-renovated center is located on Route 9 at 45 S. New York Ave. Within close proximity to Stockton College and Atlantic City, Smithville Square is home to a variety of shops such as Dollar Genearl, Anytime Fitness, PetValu and Dunkin.
“We have worked hard to attract a mix of tenants that shoppers want and we are proud to say that Smithville Square has become more than a shopping center, it is strong part of the Galloway community. Locals love it and visitors come from all over” said Harvey Rosenblatt, CEO of P3 Properties, the center’s owner and property manager.
The center currently has space available from 1,328 square feet to a 40,604-square-foot anchor space.
