A marketing company has responded to growth by expanding in South Jersey, according to real estate firm Rose Commercial Real Estate.
Signature, which is currently headquartered in Cherry Hill, has leased 11,000 square feet at 312 W. Route 38 in Moorestown to serve as its new HQ, Rose Commercial said.
Brett Davidoff, vice president with the Marlton firm, represented the tenant in lease negotiations with landlord Strategic Funding Alternatives LLC.
“Brett Davidoff and the Rose Commercial Real Estate team are consummate professionals, and were instrumental throughout the entire process of this deal,” Cherry Hill-based SFA’s Michael Kurkowski said in a prepared statement. “They have a great understanding of the ever-shifting real estate market, and we at SFA look forward to continuing our relationship as we grow in this market.”
