Lease brings West Windsor office building to 100% occupancy

An office building in West Windsor has reached full occupancy, according to the developers, a joint venture between Mountain Development Corp. and Gottesman Real Estate Partners.

The 62,500-square-foot office building at 21 Roszel Road, part of the two-building Class A Roszel Square development, added Sirius Group in a 4,000-square-foot lease.

The property, built in 2015, has tenants that include law firm Hill Wallack LLP — which occupies 48,000 square feet — and e-commerce firm Ripen.

“The Princeton/West Windsor market is one of the few in New Jersey that offers tenants the opportunity to move into brand-new, build-to-suit space for exactly the same rental rate that they would pay for older, less contemporary, second-generation offices,” MDC President Michael Seeve said in a prepared statement. “We are pleased to welcome another prestigious tenant to 21 Roszel Road and  look forward to having one or two companies join in the special community that has been created here at 19 Roszel Road.”

Mercer Oak Realty is exclusive leasing agent for Roszel Square.
