The Lofts at Pier Village in Long Branch have officially topped out, according to real estate firm Extell Development Co.
“We are excited that we have reached this major construction milestone ahead of schedule, and will soon be able to offer residents the opportunity to move into their new beachfront homes,” Richard Coleman, senior vice president of construction at Extell Development, said.
“Our firm has built a strong reputation delivering top quality homes to discerning buyers, and we are thrilled to bring this level of sophistication to the vibrant Pier Village offering a seamless lifestyle, including spectacular views, outstanding amenities and top-tier service,” he said.
The Jersey Shore-based development, which is being readied for first closing later this year, features architecture created by ShorePoint Architecture, interiors by The Childs Dreyfus Group, and landscape design by Melillo + Bauer Associates.
The property boasts 245 one- to four-bedroom residences with floor-to-ceiling windows, open layouts and private terraces. Residents will benefit from a 30-year tax abatement program through the city of Long Branch. Home prices span from $569,000 to $2.4 million.
The Lofts Pier Village offers residents oceanfront views and indoor and outdoor resort-style amenities, including a 1.5-acre private outdoor park and amenity deck, a lap pool and cabanas, a pool deck with towel service, a lounge area with fire pits and grills, a landscaped park with paths and relaxation spaces, 24-hour security, a fitness center and yoga studio, locker rooms, screening and game rooms, a children’s playroom, a pet washing station, a package reception and mail room, bike storage, refrigerated storage, and indoor parking.
The property is in its last stage of development, which included the recently opened Wave Resort, a boutique luxury hotel built by Kushner Companies.
