NAI James E. Hanson, a commercial real estate firm based in Teterboro, announced Tuesday it has negotiated a lease for Solomon Page Group in Hackensack.
SPG is a staffing solutions and executive search provider based in New York City.
The lease, NAI Hanson said, is within the Continental Plaza Office Center, located at 401-433 Hackensack Ave.
W. Joshua Levering and Nicholas DePaolera of NAI Hanson represented the tenant, SPG, in the deal with landlord JD CP Investors LLC.
“Having a well-located, modern office in the northern New Jersey marketplace is a priority for the firm. It will allow them to work mtore efficiently with their regional clients and expand their services in the local marketplace,” Levering said.
Levering said the plaza is a three-building, 650,000-square-foot Class A high-rise office complex with amenities including 24-hour security guard coverage, a U.S. Post Office, dry cleaners, conference facility, food service, banking, and a 2,200-space parking garage.
“The property boasts a tremendous location at the intersection of Route 4 and Hackensack Avenue with easy access to the Garden State Parkway, New Jersey Turnpike, and Interstate 80. Additionally, Continental Plaza is within walking distance to the New Bridge Landing NJ Transit railroad station with service to New York City, which provides easy access to Solomon Page’s New York-based clients,” Levering said.
