Seller’s Choice, founded in 2016 by CEO Jay Goldberg, is a digital marketing solutions provider for the B2B and B2C industries based in Fort Lee.
Jerrick said the acquisition of Seller’s Choice will complement its existing content studio, Vocal for Brands, by broadening its existing capabilities in sales and marketing resources.
The deal is valued at $2 million, completed through two phases. Jerrick and Seller’s Choice said they expect to purchase 14% of the assets in June for $280,000 in equity. The remaining purchase balance is expected to take place this summer.
