Schindler Elevator names new CFO, U.S. operations

Morristown-based Schindler Elevator Corp., a mobility provider of elevators, escalators and related services, announced Friday it has named Sneh Virdi its new chief financial officer for its U.S. operations.

In this role, Virdi will be responsible for heading the company’s finances and driving its growth strategy.

“We are thrilled to have Sneh in the CFO role,” Greg Ergenbright, president, U.S. operations for Schindler Elevator, said. “She brings to Schindler a wealth of strategic financial experience which positions Schindler well to meet our growth goals moving forward.”

Prior to Schindler, Virdi was vice president finance, electrical wiring systems, North and Central America for Legrand. Before that, she held various positions with United Technologies.

“Schindler’s robust intelligent digital solutions have positioned it well to enable building owners, managers and residents to harness the power that IoT offers, and in this new role, I am looking forward to collaborating with business leaders as a strategic partner to identify additional revenue streams to grow the business,” Virdi said.
