The 213,257-square-foot property is located at 30 Independence Blvd.
Timothy Greiner, executive managing director and head of agency leasing at JLL; along with Dennis McConnell and Daniel Spero, executive vice presidents; will handle the assignment. They will work closely with Scott Tausk, managing director of asset management for Griffin Capital.

Griffin Capital has planned significant renovations to ensure its prominent status in the market going forward.”
Ownership, JLL said, has begun a multimillion capital improvement program, designed by Studio1200, to update the six-story property with a new entrance, landscape, parking, a new lobby, a conference center, a fitness center and more.
The six-story property is within close access to interstates 78, 287 and 95.
