Vantage Real Estate Services announced Thursday a branch of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has signed a lease in Marlton to use as a Marine Corps recruiting office.
The new, 2,500-square-foot office is located within the Plaza 73 Shops at 140-150 Route 73 North. It is within close access to Route 70, Interstate 295 and the New Jersey Turnpike.
Monica Walsh, executive vice president at Vantage RES, represented both the tenant, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and the landlord, RPC Real Estate.
Walsh worked with Alisa M. Pittman of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to find the Corps’ a space to fit its specific requirements.
Financial and other terms were not disclosed.
