CBRE arranges retail lease at center in Bound Brook

Profile By Sanford, a personalized weight loss program, has leased 2,000 square feet of space at the Chimney Rock Center in Bound Brook, according to CBRE.

Profile, CBRE said, is the latest tenant to join the roster at the 218,000-square-foot Regency Center development anchored by Whole Foods Market.

CBRE’s team of John Hanlon, senior vice president, and Ellada Davidova, sales associate, represented Regency Centers in the deal. Marc Shein of NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. represented Profile.

CBRE said it is marketing the last two remaining end-cap units, comprised of 2,560 square feet and 2,650 square feet.

“The Profile commitment, which follows new lease signings by Lands’ End, Club Pilates, Paris Baguette and Med First Primary & Urgent Care, is yet another sign of the tremendous success Chimney Rock has experienced since its inception by Regency Centers,” Hanlon said. “Currently, the complex is home to many of the nation’s most well-recognized retailers, and we look forward to completing new deals for the last two available spaces.”
