325 Ferry Street, a new collection of luxury rental residences, is officially open in Newark’s trendy North Ironbound neighborhood.
The community was recently debuted to the public with renters quickly responding to its walkable, commuter-friendly and entertainment-packed location.
The community, being along Ferry Street, will provide residents with access to more than 170 restaurants and 570 businesses within walking distance. It is also within access to both Newark Penn Station and the Harrison PATH station.
The building features 91 two-bedroom homes and street-level retail space. A 5,000 square foot sports bar, a pet grooming salon and two more retail businesses will soon open.
