Seagis Property Group announced Tuesday it has acquired four warehouses in North Jersey since the beginning of the year.
The fully-leased properties were acquired in separate transactions, the Conshohocken, Pennsylvania-based industrial real estate owner said.
They included:
- 100 Frontage Road, Newark; 180,000 square feet;
- 400 County Ave., Secaucus; 45,000 square feet;
- 27 Engelhard Ave., Avenel; 26,000 square feet;
- 360 Allwood Road, Clifton; 23,000 square feet.
Seagis said it currently owns 32 buildings totaling 4.7 million square feet throughout northern New Jersey.
