NAI James E. Hanson, a commercial real estate firm based in Teterboro, announced Tuesday it has negotiated a 1,325-square-foot medical office lease for Dr. Linda Silva-Karcz in Hackensack.
Dominic Fittizzi of NAI Hanson represented the landlord of 83 Summit Ave., Brian Walsh, and the tenant, in the deal.
“Although much of the noise in the health care real estate space tends to be generated by larger practice groups and regional health care systems, we are still seeing great demand from smaller practitioners looking for space in the northern New Jersey market,” Fittizzi said. “Our team’s deep local market knowledge and hands-on approach allows us to consistently work with smaller medical office tenants to close deals in a tight market.”
Located blocks from the Hackensack University Medical Center, 83 Summit Ave. is a 3,000-square-foot, two-story medical office building currently leased to Specialized Therapy Associates, North Jersey Surgical and Cardiac Care Associates.
Silva-Karcz office has four exam rooms, a kitchenette, reception/waiting area, two bathrooms and a private physician’s office.
The property is within close access to Route 17 and Interstate 80.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
