The property, designed by HLW International with interiors by Bentel & Bentel, features 549 studio, one- and two-bedroom residences. The Marketing Directors was selected as the property’s exclusive leasing and marketing agent, Ironstate and KRE said.
Initial occupancy is scheduled for September, the partnership said. Rents begin at $2,060 for a studio, $2,540 for a one bedroom and $3,680 for a two bedroom.
Located just blocks from the Hudson River waterfront, the building is within close proximity to NY Waterway and the Grover Street PATH Station as well as a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, museums, parks and public transportation.
