NAI Hanson negotiates office building sale in Harding

NAI James E. Hanson, a commercial real estate firm based in Teterboro, announced it has negotiated the sale of an office building in Harding.

The 8,011-square-foot property, located at 906 Mt. Kemble Ave., is a three-story office building designed like a farmhouse. In addition to the main building, there is a pizza restaurant taking up 800 square feet.

NAI Hanson’s Michael Walters and Fernando Garip represented the seller, The Hampshire Cos., in the deal with the buyer, HSD, a medical and life sciences product development firm.

HSD, NAI Hanson said, was looking to relocate from a smaller space on the same street.

“For unique spaces like 906 Mt. Kemble, familiarity with both the office market and the companies within it are vital to our ability to negotiate a sale on behalf of our clients,” Walters said. “Our deep roots in the Morris County market and outside-the-box thinking allowed us to quickly identify an ideal buyer for this space who could recognize its full potential and bring this space to full occupancy once again.”

Financial terms were not disclosed.
