Building and construction product distribution firm Parksite has extended its lease in North Brunswick, real estate firm Colliers International announced Monday.
After reviewing options, Colliers said, it determined that staying at the 112,000-square-foot 621 Route 1 S. industrial warehouse and distribution facility was the best move for Parksite. Seagis is the owner of the property.
Mike Markey and Jon Tesser, executive managing directors on the New Jersey team, along with Matthew Stauber, executive vice president in the Chicago office, handled the extension.
“Quality industrial product is hard to come by in this market,” Markey said in a prepared statement. “In reviewing all of the factors and available options, we came to the conclusion that keeping Parksite at its home in North Brunswick was the right move. The facilities, price and location of the property will help Parksite continue to thrive for years to come.”
