Rose Commercial Real Estate announced Monday it has represented John DiPietropolo, a real estate investor, in the $2.75 million purchase of a medical office building in Mount Laurel from Overbrook Partners L.P.
The 22,000-square-foot, one-story medical office building is located at 813 East Gate Drive.
Rose CRE said DiPietropolo was looking for a 1031 exchange property with clear parameters for his first commercial investment.
The property is within close access to Interstate 295, the New Jersey Turnpike and routes 73 and 38.
