Campbell Soup Co. has completed its divestiture of the Campbell Fresh division, with the conclusion of its $510 million sale of Bolthouse Farms, it announced this week.
The deal, first announced in April, sends Bolthouse Farms from the Camden-based food company to Butterfly Equity, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm.
Among other parts of the divestiture, Campbell sold its Garden Fresh Gourmet salsa line and a refrigerated soup plant.
