dancker, a Somerville-based interior solutions firm, announced Tuesday it has launched ForBuild, a new interior construction services business unit.
The unit will provide specialized manufactured construction solutions for clients’ interior spaces, dancker said. ForBuild will take the construction process off-site and simplify it through technology, dancker said.
Chris Perruna, vice president of construction solutions, has been named head of ForBuild.
“With a background as an architect and Project Manager at a leading commercial real estate firm, Chris brings incredible insights to clients considering smarter ways to build out their spaces not only to meet today’s needs, but also to easily adapt to inevitable future changes,” Kevin Klier, senior executive vice president and general manager at dancker, said. “We are very excited to expand our ability to support clients in their goal to create spaces that inspire their people and improve organizational performance.”
