Princeton-based Organica Water and Adani Enterprises announced Thursday they were awarded a “monumental” construction project in India.
The project includes the construction of three greenfield waste water treatment facilities in Prayagraj, a city in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh, and a 15-year digital operations and maintenance contract.
The companies will work with the Indian government to create awareness of the benefits of decentralized wastewater treatment in urban locations, they said.
Financial terms of the contract was not disclosed.
