Schutz, a Brazilian shoe brand, has opened its first-ever New Jersey-based store at The Mall at Short Hills in Short Hills, according to Cushman & Wakefield.
Laura Pomerantz, Betty Ende and Heather Reihs Keller of Cushman & Wakefield’s Manhattan-based retail team represents Schutz exclusively in the 1,800-square-foot lease.
Schutz, which boasts a mix of trendy heels, fashion-forward boots and more, will be located on the second floor of the mall, owned by the Taubman Co.
“We were so happy that the Pomerantz Team brought Schutz to The Mall at Short Hills, and we welcome this contemporary, international tenant,” Marla Sokol, director of luxury leasing for Taubman, said.
