World Insurance Associates LLC, an independent insurance agency based in Tinton Falls, announced Tuesday it has acquired Wall-based Links Insurance Services LLC, a personal insurance provider.
“Joining the team at World Insurance Associates will allow us to offer tremendous benefits and resources to our clients. We always strive to provide the advantages of scale with none of the drawbacks, and World Insurance is the perfect fit,” James Hickey, president of Links Insurance Services, said.
The acquisition of Links will bring WIA’s current annual run rate revenue to more than $50 million, it said.
“Links Insurance brings a large, experienced team of insurance professionals to our organization,” Rich Eknoian, CEO and co-founder of World Insurance Associates, said. “We’re thrilled to welcome them to the growing World family.”
Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
