Gibbons adds three to commercial litigation team

Gibbons P.C. has bolstered its commercial litigation practice with three former Budd Larner P.C. attorneys, the Newark-based firm announced recently.

Peter J. Frazza, Allen L. Harris and Christopher P. Anton, all career-long business litigators, are joining Gibbons’ Commercial & Criminal Litigation Department, it said in a news release.

“This talented team brings to Gibbons decades of exactly the kind of wide-ranging litigation experience we rely on to best serve our clients, along with compelling practice niches in areas of increasing interest to those clients,” Chairman and Managing Director Patrick C. Dunican Jr. said in a prepared statement.

Frazza and Harris become directors with the firm, while Anton will serve as counsel.

Frazza is joining Gibbons’ software licensing and Software-as-a-Service practice. Harris handles commercial litigation related to contracts, business disputes, real estate, professional negligence and more. Anton represents companies and individuals in transactional matters and arbitration, among other work. He will work with Frazza in the software-related work, Gibbons noted.

The Budd Larner firm closed recently, with many of its attorneys joining other firms in the region.
