Windels Marx announced Tuesday it has added a new partner and two counsel in New Jersey.
The New York-based law firm said Jonathan Gray has been named partner resident in its New Brunswick office as well as Mark D. Larner to counsel and Frank A. Biancola to special counsel in its Madison office.
The announcement comes three months after 15 lawyers and four legal professionals joined the firm from Budd Larner.
“Our midsize, full-service practice platform is attractive for practices like Jonathan, Mark and Frank’s. We now have more than 70 lawyers licensed in New Jersey and nearly 150 firmwide,” Robert J. Luddy, managing partner, said.
Gray’s practice will focus on business and corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions; corporate formation and finance; venture capital and private equity matters; joint ventures and strategic alliances; credit facilities and loans; public securities filings; corporate governance; IP licences; and more.
Larner’s practice will also focus on business and corporate law, financing transactions and mergers and acquisitions in a variety of industries. Biancola’s practice will focus on real estate and related matters.
