Commercial real estate firm Markeim Chalmers Inc. announced Monday it has represented a transportation company in its office flex/warehouse lease in Cherry Hill.
The 47,670-square-foot lease, located at 1941 Old Cuthbert Road, was leased by Easton Coach Co. from property management firm H&Y Properties, Markeim said.
Adam Dembo, senior associate at Markeim, represented Easton Coach in the deal.
The tenant, Markeim said, will provide ADA paratransit and shared ride services in Burlington, Camden, Cumberland, Gloucester and Salem counties from the new facility. The site is within close access to Route 70, Interstate 295 and the New Jersey Turnpike.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
