Lyft, a transportation network, recently announced it has partnered with The Enclave, Jersey City’s newest retail and residential destination, to become its official transportation partner.
“We tailored every aspect of this building to suit the needs and wants of our urban renters, sparing no detail in creating a place of connection,” Jonathan Schwartz, partner at BNE Real Estate Group, said. “From our apartments to our amenities to the many transportation options offered through our newly-launched partnership with Lyft and Citi Bike, our residents are at the center of all that’s happening throughout our surrounding neighborhood.”
Lyft said it recently expanded into bikeshare through its acquisition of Motivate, the firm behind NYC’s Citi Bike. Today, Enclave residents can use a variety of transportation options via the community’s designated Lyft pickup area and neighboring Citi Bike station, as well as its complementary Hoboken PATH shuttle.
“Our partnerships with residential properties allow us to expand service and ensure people in the Jersey City community have access to our reliable, multimodal transportation options,” Eric Plummer, market manager of Lyft New Jersey, said. “We’re excited to be able to offer a seamless experience for residents at The Enclave by providing access to both rideshare and Citi Bike within the Lyft app.”
The Enclave, located at 675 Monmouth St., features 260 luxury apartments (65% currently occupied) and more than 40,000 square feet of amenities, according to developers BNE, Hoboken Brownstone Co. and McKinney Properties.
Amenities include a 24-hour concierge, pool, BBQ areas, outdoor bar and fire pits, a dog run and spa, entertainment lounges, a fitness center, yoga areas, resident lockers, covered parking, bike storage, Amazon package lockers, a game room, coworking spaces, a conference room, children’s play area, gardens and more.
Apartments range from studios to two-bedrooms and rents begin at $2,400 with immediate occupancy available.
“The Enclave’s convenient commuter location, proximity to all that Hoboken and downtown Jersey City have to offer and an amenity-rich lifestyle have quickly resonated with renters from both sides of the Hudson River,” said Jacqueline Urgo, president of the Marketing Directors, the building’s exclusive marketing and leasing agent.
