Transwestern Commercial Services announced recently it has been retained as the exclusive broker for an industrial property in Cedar Knolls.
Renamed to Morristown North Commerce Center, the two-story property at 45 Horsehill Road is a 146,175-square-foot, multitenant, industrial/flex building that sits on 14 acres.
The TCS Agency Leasing team of Lori Zuck and Jeffrey Furey, managing directors; and Matthew McHale, associate broker; are leasing the property on behalf of the landlord.
