Law firm Cohen Seglias Pallas Greenhall & Furman P.C. announced Monday it has moved into a new office at One Newark Center.
The office, located at 1085 Raymond Blvd on the 21st floor, will be comprised of four attorneys and one administrative assistant, led by partner Michael F. McKenna.
“We are pleased to join the tenants of One Newark Center, a prominent building located in the heart of Newark. Our firm represents a significant base of businesses and individuals in New Jersey, and we look forward to working in this modern office space that is conveniently accessible to our clients in and around New Jersey,” George Pallas, managing partner, Cohen Seglias, said.
One Newark Center is a 22-story, Class A office building with tenants ranging from hi-tech startups to Fortune 500 companies. Its lower five floors are owned and occupied by Seton Hall Law School. It offers amenities such as covered parking and a skywalk to the building.
“Cohen Seglias is one of the largest construction-focused practices in the country, and it continues to be extremely rewarding for me to work alongside my colleagues in support of many significant construction projects. Our office in Newark is a great location for our clients with legal needs relative to all phases of construction projects, including day-to-day business matters along with disputes and litigation. I look forward to continuing to grow the office and the firm in New Jersey,” McKenna said.
